Shipping and delivery

Parcels to Canada and Europe usually ship within 5 business days.

Delays may be longer during the holiday season.

We ship with Canada Post from Montréal (Québec), at Canada Post’s standard shipping rate. Tracking is not included automatically.

• United States: usually 5 to 14 business days.
• Orders under USD 120 are sent by standard mail without tracking, unless a tracking option is purchased at checkout.

Without a tracking option, the parcel cannot be located once it is handed to the postal service; we therefore cannot guarantee its arrival date.

Customs duties, VAT and sales taxes are usually charged by your country’s government and payable when the parcel arrives. We cannot determine the amount.

VQ Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by international formalities, nor for additional fees or taxes charged by your country.

We do not ship to PO boxes. VQ Ayurveda is not responsible for items returned after being sent to a PO box.

Express shipping is always available for an additional fee. For any special requirement, write to us at cassiope@saloncassiope.com.

Because our products are handmade and every skin has its own needs, returns or exchanges are not offered for general dissatisfaction. We always include a free sample with every purchase.

Defective or damaged item? Send a detailed note with a photo to cassiope@saloncassiope.com no later than 7 days after delivery: we will promptly replace or refund it.
